Never be afraid to tell a client to jump in the shower. In 5 years I've had maybe 5 clients like that. Everyone of them was told to play by the rules of common decency or GTFO. Also, there's nothing wrong with flat out refusing service. 200 is pocket change and is ALWAYS an acceptable loss if the client sucks. I've happily lost a lot of money by being picky as hell, yet rent still gets paid on time.
