That would be true if I had a current address for her. I have none. In the exact words of the judge. "After the emergency restraining order was issued it was up to her to keep up with the progress of this case." Basically in the view of the judge there was no need for her to have any further notification.

Well it's great that out of the goodness of your heart you wanted to inform her, but honestly if you feel so exiled and ill with her you should of just let her deal with it on her own way. Let her decide if she wants to get her stuff and break the law.

The above is an example of Mimi mistaking my trying to be nice for weakness. Basically she will get it in her little head that there is not order of protection do something stupid and force my hand. You see unless I file a formal complaint nothing will happen. When I do and with this court order in hand very bad things start to happen. Nothing so far warrants the penalties that could be imposed.
