It was conceived as a one off DVD release, as a side project done over a weekend. There was always the possibility of shooting more content but it just ended up not happening. AFAIK, the website was just a vehicle for getting the content out there as quickly as possible.

I'm betting it didn't happen because TS on TS costs pore and is less profitable.
