This is one of those things that logic has little to nothing to do with. We each confronted different circumstances to get here. We are here now and that is what matters.

Well, Julie seems to think that it was a beauty contest I was talking about, which she then decided to put herself and me into. But MY point was that BRENDA is being counter-productive by putting her energy into getting court orders that she herself is breaking near-immediately. That would be my opinion if I had no idea of who looked like what. When Brenda pulled her stunt with the car door, she lost all credibility imo.

But I guess it's YOU that's the sheriff on this thread, Julie. So I'll just follow your lead since you placed US in a transition race that you obviously have enough years ahead of me on to win. And I'm sure with a dash of Allah, a healthy dose of court orders, a smidgen of YouTube vids, and sprinkle of physics; Brenda will blossom fabulously.

That would be true if I had a current address for her. I have none. In the exact words of the judge. "After the emergency restraining order was issued it was up to her to keep up with the progress of this case." Basically in the view of the judge there was no need for her to have any further notification.

That's true, the only way they wouldn't be able to notify was if they had no idea where Mimi lived for whatever reason. They don't always use legal secretaries for this, sometimes PI's are used for the same function.
