Excellent point. I'm getting 250-cc implants (will make me a C cup) this fall, not D's. I waited almost three years after beginning full dose HRT to have implants, that way there would be plenty of natural breast tissue in front of the implant. Hopefully that will help in creating a more natural look. I believe that in waiting a number of years with HRT your skin is more flexible to accomodating the implant because it's already been stretched somewhat from tissue growth. Also critical, from what I'm reading, is that the implant be a) silicon and b) inserted behind the pectoral muscle.

Another good point. Attraction is not always about the perfect lips, the perfect tits, etc...I always wanted to be an "8", not a "10" (not that I could ever be a 10 anyway) because to me the 10's were too perfect and kind of bland on the inside. 8"s were so much more interesting, and ultimately, attractive in the broader sense. My HO.

Ever since seeing the lovely Shana in a movie years ago, I've always thought she had the most natural looking breasts. Of course she's just so drop dead gorgeos anyway. Her boyfriend is a very very lucky man.
