Good stuff, always love it when children get hurt.
Love it.
Especially the fat kid in the disabled seat !?!
The mother was trash and she and her kids kept fucking with the tranny. The mother taught her kids how to act in public and didnt do a very good job. The kid got what he needed. Mothers need to teach their kids proper respect even if the person looks odd.
Guess they all had their little jokes ..but the TS had the knockout punchline.
you cant condone this at all. That TS was way out of line assaulting a child, no matter how rude he or hi mother was. If a straight male had done this we would be calling for him to get ten years in jail.
Well even though your name is Lucy it’s obvious that you’re not a TS, you’re a straight cross dresser that has the mindset of a male. Any TS would understand how and why this tranny did what she did. All transsexuals have faced some kind of discrimination for being who they are in one form or another. Although I have never been called out like this I have been discriminated in other situations, all transsexuals have. I recently had a situation at the hospital, once I let it be know that I am a transsexual the whole tone changed. Think of a black person in the 40’s then times that by ten, people think we are creatures, things and its. We have no feelings and these people think it’s ok to publicly pick fun at this girl on the train. Thats why we try and pass, to avoid this, but some people cant pass. I give the tranny 2 thumbs up and if I was there I would have held her purse while she sprayed the son of bitches.Quote:

You certainly don't look like a thing, an 'it', or a creature at all. It is in human nature (as inhuman it may sound to you) to make fun of people. Let's be honest: dressed as that ts was really calling for it. The whole family was trash, I agree...but spraying gas on impolite kids is out of line.Quote:

1- None of us know what transpired before the video started, so we can't say with certainty who started it.
2- For the sake of argument, let's say the kids started it. The kids, especially the skinny one, and the mothers are out of line. The mom should have kept her kids in check. However, we all know that some parents, like their children, do not know how to behave in public.
3- Words are exchanged, we all see that. What I do notice is the trans person is the one who, three times, approaches mother and kids. Not once did the kids or mother approach the t-person. The fat boy, twice got up and walked away from the approaching t-person.
4- I heard no threats from mother or kids toward the t-person.
5- What reason did the t-person have for macing the kid? Imagine if everyone who felt insulted decided to take out mace, or worse, and exact "justice" on the offending party.
6- If the t-person had maced two people standing over her and verbally menacing her, I would say "Good, you were acting in self-defense against a real and potential threat."
7- I noticed the subway car was virtually empty. The t-person could have told mom and kids to fuck off and thenmoved to the other end of the car. The wisest people know when to walk away from a verbal confrontation.
8- The t-person decided to mace the kid just as she was exiting the subway car. To anyone who approves of her action, please tell me how she would explain to a police officer, or a court of law, why she felt she needed to mace a child who posed no threat to her.
9- IMO: Any person (Man, woman, tg) who maces someone, as a result of a verbal insult, should be charged with assault.
It's not only out of line, it's a crime. But I guess it's funny to some cause "Sista, just be defending hers self. You know what I'm sayin boo?"Quote:

LOL!! Respect your elders!!!
I have to agree with 2009AD. Macing a child for being rude is way over the line- she should do time for that stunt.
Nonlethal weapons frequently become lethal by accident, all it takes is for the target to have a pre-existing health condition (i.e. those taser deaths where the targets had weak hearts etc.). In this case, she's damn lucky that kid wasn't a severe asthmatic or her stunt would have killed the brat.
That she timed the assault for when she was about to get off just shows that she could have simply walked away.
Were the family out of line? Oh hell yea, but that doesn't give a stranger the right to assault someone, let alone a kid.
I agree with the above comments. They ought to charge her ass with assaulting a minor, all the evidence is right here in the video.
The video shows battery upon a minor which cannot be justified by an exchange of words, however harsh they may have been- especially as the aggressor approached the boy to spray him in the face. That being said, I also wonder what she sprayed him with- I doubt that she sprayed him with mace/oc spray as most of the people in that train car would have been coughing, tearing in such an enclosed space.
Did the TS girl spray something on the little kid?
At the beginning I thought the tranny was in the wrong ... then I see the kids taunting her and running towards her and the mother not controlling them and changed my mind. I don't agree with macing the kid ... but then again sometimes you should get what you deserve even if it isn't right.
The girl shouldn't have maced him, other than that I agree with you- they were provoking her. They probably just expected her to make a scene, and unsurprisingly she did.Quote:

Very good points AD. It was funny watching her curse out the ignorant morons and see her stand up for herself. But her actions (and how she handled the situation) by macing the kid, simply put her as a transgender in a bad light. Someone said something about being dressed appropriately (to blend in as a normal woman..Isn't that what most TS wanted in the first place?)..being dressed like that out in public and taking public transportation is only 'asking' for it (like someone had said). The tranny should have at least cared enough not to cause any 'commotion' inside the train by putting a jacket to cover up a bit or invest in a car IF she hates hearing people whisper or outright make rude comments about her apperance.Quote:

lol there were so many stereotypes in that video it's unbelievable.
Yeah..you might be right Hara...but maybe it was late at night and she's dressed like that cause she's a streetwalker (that would explain the OC spray and the revealing outfit)...and maybe cause she doesn't look all that passable she doesn't rake in the big bucks so she can't always afford the cab ride instead of the subway...and maybe while she's streetwalking she puts up with a lot of shit from the asshole kids in cars on their way to the clubs at night...and maybe her feet hurt ..and maybe she just got tired and it all came together and she was going home and what this trashy family said to her (combined with all the smirks and laughter)were just too much on that night..so she acted out..and it might have been wrong ...but she just had enough, so she acted out. No one died. Kid will think twice before opening his stupid-ass mouth next time (because his stupid-ass mother can't be bothered being a real mother because she's just a stupid-ass)...and maybe the lady got herself a small sense of satisfaction after a brutal night of many brutal nights.
..I realize that my story uses a lot of "maybes"..but that's what I like to think went down....so I just chuckled and don't feel bad at all for the family.
that poor kid is scarred for life, now he will never grow up to jackoff to shemale porn
MAYBE you're right! BUT whatever maybe's that might be..a wrong is still a WRONG. Even if someone in her family died (or she had a rough night out on the street), she shouldn't take out her frustrations at ANYONE? ;)Quote:

If they were your kids, you bet you would feel for the family.
I really don't care if she is male, female, transexual...all I see is she looks like the loch ness monster with a hard nylon wig. Kids always mock adults, this is nothing new, and hasn't anything to do with being discriminated.
I would HOPE that if these were the kids of anyone on HA, they'd have been raised to know better for one, and for second- that said parent would have intervened and halted their behavior before it went any further.Quote:

But allowing kids to do stuff like this, or worse- encouraging it, is what establishes the mindsets that cause discrimination in the first place.
How people reproduce & raise kids is how society is duplicated. If that means encouraging kids to target people who they identify as different or odd, then that is going to have a snowballing effect throughout the rest of society; eventually causing violence, job discrimination, failure to protect the civil liberties of others, etc.
You know...there is this sense of 'we are the minority' with transexuals, and I understand it. You ask for acceptance, you ask for recognition, just being like ''anyone''. Well, by supporting such creeps, it will be a long hard road before it so happens, sorry to say.Quote:

And so you are talking about kids and their behavior...what about that nutty professor in a dress? What behavior is that?Quote:

Truth is, America is one bigot yet extremely violent country (that always allude to the same). I bet that ts probably sees far more hurtful than that in everyday life. You would go out like this and be so thin skinned? Yeah, let's take it out on a mother and kids. Great, isn't it?
fasle, just like the black movement or the gay movement and things like stone wall, you have to stand up and fight, if you dont then nothing will change, you cant ask for respect and have to demand it, and you teach people how to treat you...and this tranny taught that kid not to mess with trannys lol.Quote:

I don't think transsexualism is a medical condition that cares about how thick skinned its patient is. Not everyone who is trans is going to be thick skinned, and some people have to become thick skinned with time...Quote:

I thought I was pretty clear earlier in saying that everyone in that video was in the wrong, the girl who maced the kid so wrong that she should be thrown in jail for it. You don't mace or taze people simply because they are rude to you. It's wrong when cops do it, it's wrong when civilians do it.Quote:

Stand up and fight...kids? She did not have to mace them, just sit on them. I call that the sumo jump (with added fart). :lol:Quote:
