1. In contravention of the general rules of this site - ie advertising spam or links to stolen content sites
2. Offensive posts - like the crude and offensive remarks you made about Wendy Williams recently.

As a moderator on another (non TS-related) forum, I can say it can be a thankless job. Believe me there are some posts I'd delete (and some folks I'd ban), but a few of those posts actually offer up some true discussion.
Personally, I have no problems...but then again, I rarely post anything problematic in the first place.
