Why do people change sex from male to female? Do they really feel like a woman or do the only want to look more feminine and inside stay a (for example "gay") guy inside? Do they only feel themself more beautier with the female look, but remain inside still a man? So are shemales and post-op-transsexuals only in other words "feminine looking and soft feeling men"?
How do you think about this?
because we are women in the inside and we feel trapped in the wrong body. Actually it is medical condition where the brain develop as one gender but the body develop as the other gender.

Well, I think aktually often in this question....Do I feel like a woman oder do I only not like the male look? That could also be the question of myself? And in thruth I'm sexually only interested in woman....so what?
