This bill is incredibly overzealously titled, And is (From my viewpoint) not made, nor will it, do what it is supposed to do.

What the bill can do:

Allow authorities to gain quick access your internet history, Location, Adress, Credit card purchases, and assigned IP addresses, for the past 18 months.
At best this will reduce piracy by a fraction, possibly aid in catching criminals that are at large and..... .....nope that's it.
