Question for the TS Ladies

Among the M to F Transsexuals that are under going Hormone treatment, do most continue the process until all male genital function is gone and castration is performed or do most opt to keep some male genital function intact?

I assume during the process there is constant validation but at some point a final determination is made. Are there actual medical diagnostic classes that represent these two conditions? Are the hormone drugs ‘tuned’ to meet the needs of both?

By the way, I have the utmost respect for you ladies that have the inner fortitude to take these measures. I am sure this discipline and courage manifests into other aspects of your life.
