Viewed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, transphobic violence pandemic, and the trans comunity's susceptibility to exposure to HIV, this decision is comprehensible only as an act of transpobic evil, by haters who have run amok.
But that's typical these days.
Trump has always gone after the most vulnerable targets. One of his early acts as president was a transgender ban in the military. As with all bullies, he picks on those who can't fight back.

Meanwhile in Poland, which has 'LGBT Free Zones', LGBT rights are becoming a defining issue in their forthcoming elections, for who is going to defend the family against its greatest threat -not poverty, but LGBT militants? There must be a lot of them in Poland to create such an existential threat.
Reminds me of the one-liner I once heard drag queen in Camden c1971 talking about gay rights -'It used to be criminal, now its legal -I'm leaving the country before they make it compulsory..'
