Google is promoting Transgender Awareness Week!

I was surprised to see this on their blog today. They're focusing on three trans-individuals without the usual media focus on transition stories. It's also cool they didn't shy away from the deadliest year on record for transsexuals.

Glad that Google's giving this kind of attention given there's a large number of folks in the transgender community worried whether the election will impact on transsexual rights.
