1. Purpose

This policy outlines the standards and procedures for managing content on Hung Angels. It is intended to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintain platform integrity, protect users from harmful or unlawful material, and establish procedures for moderation, age verification, reporting, monitoring, and enforcement relating to user-generated content.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, moderators, administrators, users, and third-party contributors using the Hung Angels platform, including all user-generated content, submissions, comments, messages, media, and other materials made available through the forum.

3. Age Verification Requirements

Hung Angels operates as an age-restricted platform intended solely for adults aged 18 years and over.

All users are required to complete age verification through an approved third-party Age Verification ("AV") provider before access to restricted areas of the platform is granted.

The age verification process may include:

• Facial age estimation and identity verification technology;
• Verification against government-issued identification documents;
• Additional verification procedures where required by the AV provider or applicable law.

Hung Angels does not permit underage access and reserves the right to deny or remove access where verification requirements are not satisfied.

4. User-Generated Content Standards

Users who upload, post, share, or otherwise submit content to the platform are solely responsible for the material they provide.

By submitting content to Hung Angels, users represent and warrant that:

• They are at least 18 years of age;
• They are legally permitted to upload and distribute the content;
• All persons appearing in the content are adults aged 18 years or older;
• All necessary consents, permissions, licences, and records required under applicable law have been obtained and are maintained by the uploader or rights holder;
• The content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights;
• The content does not contain illegal, exploitative, abusive, non-consensual, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful material.

Millennium TGA Inc. reserves the right to request supporting information or documentation where reasonably necessary to investigate complaints, verify compliance, or comply with legal obligations.

5. Content Moderation & Monitoring

Hung Angels operates an active content moderation and monitoring process designed to identify and address material that may violate applicable laws, platform rules, or community standards.

This includes:

• Regular monitoring of publicly accessible areas of the platform by authorised moderators and administrators;
• Review of user reports, complaints, and flagged submissions;
• Automated and manual moderation procedures where appropriate;
• Immediate review of content suspected to breach this policy or applicable law.

Any content identified as illegal, prohibited, exploitative, abusive, non-consensual, misleading, or otherwise in breach of this policy may be removed immediately and without prior notice.

Millennium TGA Inc. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious violations.

6. Reporting & Complaints Procedure

A reporting and complaints mechanism is available throughout the platform, allowing users and third parties to report content that may violate this policy or applicable law.

All complaints and reports are reviewed by authorised personnel within a reasonable timeframe, with urgent matters involving potentially illegal or harmful content prioritised for immediate review.

Where appropriate, Millennium TGA Inc. may:

• Remove or restrict access to content;
• Request additional information from uploaders;
• Suspend or terminate accounts;
• Refer matters to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are prohibited on Hung Angels:

• Content involving minors or persons under the age of 18;
• Non-consensual or exploitative material;
• Content involving coercion, trafficking, abuse, or violence;
• Illegal content under applicable local, national, or international law;
• Material infringing copyright, privacy, or other legal rights;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content;
• Harassment, threats, or unlawful hate speech.

Any prohibited material identified on the platform will be removed with immediate effect.

8. Platform Enforcement

Millennium TGA Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Remove content that breaches this policy;
• Restrict visibility of content pending review;
• Suspend or terminate user access;
• Preserve records relating to investigations where required by law;
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where necessary.

9. Data Protection & Record Handling

Hung Angels processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

Age verification checks are conducted through independent third-party AV providers using recognised identity and/or facial verification methods. Hung Angels does not store verification documentation beyond what is necessary for operational, security, or legal compliance purposes.

Users remain responsible for maintaining any records or documentation required by law in relation to content they upload or distribute through the platform.

This policy is intended to support compliance with applicable online safety, age assurance, content moderation, and data protection obligations, including GDPR, COPPA, and other relevant legal and regulatory standards where applicable.
