I might be in the minority, but my take on the cover charge is this: How often do such events happen, but more particularly, how often does one get to hobnob with the actual purveyors of so many wonderful sexy dreams and fantasies? To actually see and possibly meet them in person? Personally, I think the price is quite reasonable. ...Just my two cents...er, 40 dollars, that is. ;)

It's not $40 to just enter some type of Bar. This place is a Gentlemans Club...its not the average bar at all. It offers a Lap Dance Room and Champagne Room. We actually charge $50 to come to our events in NYC. There is going to be TWENTY AWARD WINNING PORN STARS and TWENTY DANCERS...so this is farrrrr from the average party!! Plus 8 of my staff members from NYC are flying cross country to LA for this event. How can we pay for flights, Hotels and food and travel expenses for 8 of our staff members. Plus how could we pay for 20 Porn Stars???? $40 is nothing!! Any type of Brodway type show or the Ballet or Dance Show costs $150. Trust me plenty of people are willing to pay only $40. You can take Uber and not drink and drive to worry about parking. Uber is very cheap in LA. All the other TEA Show events are I believe $30 and up. Guys this is not a regular weekend. It costs money to do big events like Grooby and I are doing and lots of hard work. Support all the events this weekend!! This is ONCE A YEAR EVENTS!! Uber and Lyft are both pretty cheap, but sometimes you get those 2-8.0x Surges on the weekends especially busy nights so arrive early!

Lap Dances are $20 per song with one of our Featured Dancers. The Porn Stars might charge like $30 or $40 per song...they will tell you there price before they give you a lap dance or just ask. We do have a Champagne Room for a Private one on one time with a Featured Dancer or Porn Star. Rates start at $160 and up based upon how long you are in the room with someone and who you are taking to the room. I hate to tell you that almost 50 people will NOT be on the stage at Cobra and these same people will NOT be at Cobra cause 90% of us don't arrive until Friday in LA. We have had an OVERWELMING amount of responses to people attending this ONCE A YEAR EVENT. The girls from New York were strikingly beautiful particularly the tall one who would later in the evening offer me a lap dance, which I now regret not accepting given what was going on in that lap dance room. Sometimes seeing a girl in person gives one a perspective not seen on pictures or videos. For example,Aubrey Kate is much taller and seemingly shapelier in person. Of all the beautiful women there last night, I'm came away really impressed by her beauty. The only pitfall to the evening was finding a parking ticket on my windshield,and discovering that I wore the wrong shoes given the leg cramps that woke me up this morning. I need to start attending such events with more frequency once again. :)

I would have been pissed if I found out you Grooby guys all showed up and didn't get in. If I do it again at Cheetahs I won't be using that security guy they had holding my VIP's back. The management apologized to me for that. It was an awesome weekend in LA. The Awards show on Sunday was AMAZING and so well put together. So hats off to your team for that. I came back home to NYC very happy cause all an all the entire weekend of events was GREAT. Plus I am happy to be re-connected with the Grooby family. We had to keep people outside lest we break fire code! Too many folks turned out... not one complaint about ticket prices. It was a good night.
