Apparently there's a bit of a wait for your first appointment at the NHS Transgender clinic these days ... and potentially a wait of several years before physical surgery

Not really much of a surprise, waiting times for almost everything on the NHS are far too long at the moment...

No matter what our views on this forum are, I can't imagine that gender reassignment patients are considered a particularly high priority by NHS bosses.
