It is bad enough that Grooby has the audacity to overcharge for its sites, but do they really have to rip you off afterwards by not providing to the buyer what they paid for? Everyone of their site continue to rip you off by refusing to accept you screen nane/password a few times a month. This will last for a few days untill Grooby sends the customer a bullshit email stating that because too many servers have gained access to the screename/password, they must now issue a new password to you. BULLSHIT. This is an acknowledgment that this is Groobys fault. They continually refuse to credit the customer with the last days. A week ago, this happened to me on BTG. After 3 days, they finally sent me an email with the same tired excuses. I lost three day that I paid for. Now, again, today, here we go again. Today, I once again have run into the same problems. Below is the email that I have just sent to them. Lets see how long it now takes for them to respond and when they do respond, I will post their same tire, bullshit excuse so that you yourself can see what a scam they are.
Two weeks ago I had to sent a complaint to you about having to pay for something that you refused to provide. For 2 days I could not use BTG because if continued to refuse my screenname and password. On the third day, you finally responded to my complaints and as usual (this was not the first time this had happened) you gave me the same fucking lame excuse that too many people had access to my password and that you were providing me with a new one. In the meantime, I am ripped off for more days that I paid for and you do not provide. Your server sucks. Your security sucks. And I am sick and tired of the same lame fucking excuses. AND I AM TIREED OF BEING RIPPEDD OFF! GIVE ME BACK ALL OF MY MONEY NOW!!! This has not only happened to me several times on BTG in the past, but on LBLB and Shemale Yum. Grooby has become of of the biggest ripoffs and again, I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!!

Calm your tits man. Servers have that in place to prevent password sharing. Not sure what there threshold is, but I have never had it happen. Either someone got your user id and password, or you are so addicted to porn that you are accessing the site from a bunch of different places therefore a bunch of different WAN ip adresses. Do you sneak off into the bathroom and rub one out at panera in the morning, then do the same thing at lunch on McDonald's WiFi, then on your phone at work, and your laptop at home? Learn2internet .
Also....overcharging? You realize these beautiful girls require money right? Server costs, bandwidth, equipment, shooting locations.
Learn2economics.

To those who don't produce content, you have no idea how difficult it is to produce a site with weekly updates of quality content. Grooby has been delivering weekly content for years. I don't work for them, but as a content provider myself in an entirely different genre, I have to acknowledge their professionalism.

You could also try maybe not potentially sharing your username and password with others as it's been indicated you're apparently logging in from all over the world which is flagging on the Grooby end.
If it's a vpn disable it, but I'm gonna err on the side of probability and assume you're sharing a login.
Ive personally never had those issues you describe, with any Grooby site and I have used mine in multiple countries as I travel

Next time supply42 subscribes to Grooby can he post his username and password on here so we can check if it works.

Steven is a smart businessperson and cares about delivering a high quality product to his customers. He has also gone out of his way on these public forums to try to explain and rectify OP's complaints, and all evidence points to OP sharing his login and trying to get money back after breaking the rules. There is very little reason to believe OP, and he has not given any solid evidence to support his claims. After reading Steven's blogs about the emails he receives, I can totally sympathize with the bullshit he has to deal with in the porn industry from consumers.
