Is Club Cobra a tgirl night on New Years Eve?

I was just wondering if cobra is still having tgirl night on new years eve. The ad on the website seems a little conflicting.

That's actually a good question. I remember the last time they had a New Years Eve party there (on a Thursday of course) there was a LOT of gay guys there (both as patrons and ulp, dancers). Then again, the amount of ladies there more than made up for it.

Damn...those were the days. Too bad I'm working that night. :(

Your a lucky guy Ben to be in LA. I was thinking of moving there for the trans parties. Can you give me any info of trans hangouts on the weekends? Or what its like at Hamburger Marys in LB?

Hamburger Mary's is good on Tuesdays and one Saturday of the month but it comes with a drive if you are going to live in LA. Oxwood is every Saturday. There isn't much else right now. There is not a Friday night club that I know of right now.

Apparently there IS a Friday club somewhere on Melrose. I saw a friend advertising it on Craigslist. Can't verify that though since I work late nights during the week.

I think you are being too literal. 'Every Thursday' probably means every Thurs apart from Xmas and NY Eve. With the gay crowd being their biggest draw I can imagine they'd be catering to them. Then again, with the watered down drink they server the Thurs club, maybe they'd make more from that.
