Congrats Michelle! Speaking from experience, it's how you feel that gives you the most satisfaction but it is always nice to hear compliments and kind words as you go.

Good for you, Michelle for taking the steps and changing your attitude toward getting healthy!
It's great when you feel good about what you're doing in addition to the end results.
You're doing it right and I wish you continued success.

First off thanks everyone for the kind words and messages I have recieved. I am not doing my weight loss in an unsafe way, I am not doing it in a fast way either. I have been working with a nutritionist and fitness people. I am not taking any magical pill, just doing it the right way. As i like to call a lifestyle change.

When I came into this business at a weight that I didnt feel was fat, people labeled me fat. So in the long run I was like okay, I am fat so be fat. But reality is I was never a fat person, I was always athletic and fit. Now, I will always have curves its in my DNA so dont worry boys!!!

My issue is I let all the negative stuff people told me after working in this business take over who I was. My addiction to food plays into all this. I have never been addicted to drugs or alcohol. Going through this journey I have found I was addicted to food, I used to it to take away my pain. I used it to feed my emotions. When people tell you that you are ugly because of the weight on your body, that plays into your mind. You start to believe you are ugly. You start to believe you are not good enough. I let that happen, I know I am not ugly and the shock that I was from so many fans of trans porn really affected me.

I dont care what people say, but the things you guys post about girls can be hurtful. Just know that even if you dont like a girl for her looks or her cock size or whatever if she reads that, you could be damaging her. Being trans isnt easy and on top of it being in the spotlight and negativity doesnt help either. Just know words are powerful and can have a life long affect on someone.

I for a long time acted like nothing bothered me but in reality it did. So this change is also therapy for me. Its my time to heal and move on with my life and being healthy is the key for me. I love going to the gym everyday and I love looking at myself in the mirror everyday. I havent been able to do that in a long time. Once again thank you all!!!

Michelle

after a while, cardio becomes a lifestyle. Now doing 2 hours of cardio a day just seems normal for me, its not a task or a chore. As you see your body change, it will keep you focused on continuing your efforts as well. I also find that you get a lot of mental work done while doing cardio at the gym. You can think about what you need to do and inventory tasks for completion after your workout is done.

Oh yea totally! Why I go to gym first thing in the morning because when I get home I know what I need to work on for that day. I become more creative and mindful doing cardio too. So yea I totally agree. I spend an hour on Cardio and I know down road I will prob spend more on cardio but I love how I feel everyday. It makes my day better. When I was depressed, and emotional cardio helped me through it. I feel like I am becoming stronger not only physically but mentally!

Remember that 80% of this will be nutrition, so make sure you eat healthy. Some places that have worked for me are from Reddit: /r/xxfitness and /r/fitness have plenty of resources to help you during this journey. If you feel it necessary, your endocrinologist will most likely have training in nutrition so he may be able to help as well (:

Stay strong, give it time and be super patient, 'cause this is not an overnight thing!

I used to way 70+ lbs more than I do now. The best advice based on what worked for me: lose weight in the kitchen, get fit in the gym. And fuck everyone else, do it for you.

Aw thanks! Building myself back to loving who I am has been so rewarding. I am not really here to prove anyone anything, just prove to myself I can take my ownership back!

Congrats and keep it up. I've lost it and got it back too many times to count. Very similar feelings with food. I need to get back at it slower than last time. Keep up the good work.
