If you're active in the kink and fetish scenes, try hanging out at some of the Philly play parties. There's usually a decent TS scene there and it's likely you'll find someone down for what you two want.

If not, you might want to try looking for a pro experience. I think it will be far easier looking for what you want if you pay.
