FYI You can get your birth certificate changed even before having GRS. So in some states it didn't matter.

I wasn't aware of that. It was my understanding that legally you're the gender you were born as until after you have SRS. Didn't know it was different in some states.

Nah, quite a few women love bad men, they just won't admit it! Anytime you hear one say she wants a guy who's good on the inside, don't believe it!

Anywhere except Texas----appears they have issued an order to all state agencies to grant marriage licenses to male-female couples only.

i saw on facebook that the Texas county i grew up in has already issues marriage licenses to several same sex couples, so not sure how that is being carried out throughout the state.

That order is unconstitutional as of Friday's ruling. The first Texas same sex couple to apply for a marriage license will officially invalidate it. I'm sure a bunch of folks will be showing up at their county courthouse on Monday to do the honors

Remember Brown v. Board of Ed in 1954 and then Little Rock in 1957, Ole Miss in 1962 and the University of Alabama in 1963? I predict Texas in 2015.

My state NY already has equal marriage, I wouldn't mind it if Philippines got rid of their marriage ban, but it's enough now I can get a fiancé visa for my partner, i plan on getting back over there as soon as I get vacation time. Had to delay it due to my old company getting sold and screwed over.
