This is the first time I'm cleaning inside my colon I chose the closest thing the store had shaped to the real thing I used hot water and put all the way as for it will go! Is this good enough or do I need something else? I'm new to this analeze helped a lot can anyone tell me if I'm in the right direction not much came out as I keep my bowels regular I took a laxitive and I don't eat a whole lot!
