hey i just got back from puerto rico and out on an island, culebra, im 99.9% sure i spotted one. i was with family at the time so dont know what the deal is on her but was cool spotting one where i definitely didnt expect to find one especialyl since you have to take a hour and half ferry boat to get to the island.
