I looked it up, and the definition said genetic girl, but I am still not sure what that means...can anyone help me out?
How is this different from a TS or a shemale?

GG means their assigned genetic makeup at birth was is Female 'Having 2 X chromosomes.' Yes I know there's people with XXY, but let's keep it simple.

In layman's terms their sexual bits are pre-arranged with a vagina and uterus.
