I think it's due to the difference in the perceived importance of breast implants between gg's and tgirls. For a gg, getting breast implants is an enhancement to what's already there--if they have the money, they get it done. If not, they shrug it off and defer it for sometime in the future.

i don't agree with your assessment.

first off, on a personal note...it is not the size that matters most to me, it is that the model has boobs at all. in my opinion, a feminine torso is not a flat torso. there are 100s of girls that have the so-called natural or hormonally induced breasts that i find attractive. but i can probably count on 1 hand the number of flat chested models that do anything for me. but that is besides the point.
