well, answering that would depend on one's POV. From my perspective, it is quite natural for a woman with small breasts. its a NATURAL aka logical step and a necessary one to augment the estrogen driven secondary sex characteristic that is breast enlargement when one has small breasts let alone is transitioning.

In general I appreciate a TG or GG woman for what she has not my fantasy ideal. Over the last few years though my preference for hormone only or flat look has defiantly evolved.
