If I were him, I sure as hell wouldn't want my prestige cuvée associated with rappers either, particularly given the likelihood that not one of them could tell – or taste – the difference between Cristal and a shit sparkling wine like Freixenet (Brut de Noirs, etc.) if their lives depended on it. Besides, Cristal is highly overrated. Krug is the way to go.

anyway, about the champagne...I don't buy it much, but I love Moet, and you CAN taste the difference between Mo and some Andre or Cooks...I've never fucked with Cristal though, I'm not blowing that much money on 25 ounces of alcohol...

Moet & Chandon White Star is probably one of my favorite Champagnes. It's a quality Champagne that's relatively inexpensive, widely available, and well balanced. Great stuff.
