It rained already pretty hard in the night once already. But ya I know what you mean. I think there's been more sun here in a week than I got in a year in cleveland

You seem unsure. "I guess". What part of California are you in? The state is huge!

When I moved from Cleveland to Vegas, it was great not dealing with shoveling of snow, going to a casino with a movie theater or a bowling alley, and places to eat galore. After 14 years here, there are things I miss, like going to the Metroparks and walking forever, thunderstorms, and even I have to admit it, snow - the beauty of snow and how silent it makes the world seem. I do not know if you are moving there for good or not but if you head back to Cleveland for a trip find those old places you enjoy and take them in
...and on your way back could you bring me some Elias' Brothers Big Boy tartar sauce? The West coast version is a relish....blah!

Pffft. The time I visited LA, it rained 4 out of 6 days. Pissed me off.

It took me a few years to get used to the place (Los Angeles), and a couple years more to not hate it. Even if I still think most of the people here suck, and I miss Boston every single day, it's a beautiful state nonetheless. Welcome!

Clearly wasn't in the Summer months then. If we get rain 4 out of 6 days out here in the summer, kiss your ass goodbye because I think that is one of the Seven Signs

You are correct, sir. It was in early April a few years ago.
