You know how Joey is. Sweet guy, but can't make up his mind that well. For this scene in particular ( as for most ) I do not get to choose who I work with. This was Joey's call. It's his DVD, and I needed the money from that shoot. Which was shot in July, so of coarse, now that 1000 has already gone to bills and the trip back home to TX a few days after that shoot.

Anyway, I try hard to put the word about more tg/tg scenes in general out there and try to get people that like the style to speak out too. But I'm in the unfortunate minority. And no doubt people are already annoyed by my speaking about tg/tg scenes.

His style(not actually his style) had nothing to do with his success. He was one of the first guys to shoot TS porn. He was one of a few options back in the day. That's why he was successful. He didn't have any competition. Customers didn't have any options when looking for TS porn. It's no different than seeing Christian in most TS films because there are very few guys who can do it. So we're stuck with a very boring guy who has no chemistry with the girls on camera. Hopefully Giovanni(has chemistry with the girls) will start to get more work and we can see less boring Christian on camera. :)

You have directors like Martin Scorsese who is very open to improv...the famous Pesci "funny" scene in Goodfellows ("You think I'm funny? What the fuck is so funny about me?") was almost entirely improvised by the actors.

On the other hand, David Chase was a legendary dictator when shooting Soprano episodes...actors were required to use the dialogue exactly as written word for word.

So perhaps Joey's style is to be more open to suggestion.

SMC passed on one girl. Kink passed on a handful of girls. We've passed on dozens of girls that the members would want back for various reasons, the main one being the cost to try and work with them outweighed the hassle/costs it would be to work with them. That doesn't mean we "don't give a fuck about what our customers want", it means we can't always fulfill what our customers want (and we may lose a couple because of that) but we please the majority by bringing back other girls they may want, or introducing new girls. That is business, it's a business decision on what is right for our business and to keep the majority of our customers happy - and hey, guess what, we're still here.

This over-saturated the market and killed it for a long time for Brazilian content being worth producing much of unless it was done differently.

Our two sites do ok but launching a new site is hard at the best of times and I just don't think the Brazil-on-Brazil girls "got it" or were into each other as much as some of the newer US models who (with no offense intended) seem to be a little more along the emo/trap/girl next door/alt. girl, than the tradition "shemale" we'd find in US porn.

Agreed, I think brazil continues to have many of the most beautiful models around.

In reference to Joey, however, I think content wise he can be kinda hit and miss, as typically there's only a couple scenes I might like from each dvd release. But I will say that the quality of his scenes are generally pretty top notch in terms of lighting, camera angles, and sex positions. And when he does have a scene with a pairing I enjoy, it often becomes one of my favorites. The scenes between bruna butterfly and beatricy velmont from shemale idol 6 and the threesome with jessica versace and bruna butterfly on shemale idol 4 were incredible in my opinion. But if scenes like this were commonplace then I would probably spend way too much money on porn, lol
