I don't think she is. The way the sun is hitting her neck at that angle gives the illusion of her neck bulging out, but if you look close there's no really strong indication of an adam's apple.

I was reading somewhere that advertising folks sometimes cast women who could go either way to appeal to different markets. (The new Lexus commercial with the Lady Gaga-esque blonde for example)

By the way the Adams Apple thing is a myth - everybody has thyroid cartilage and it tends to be at a more prominent angle in males but it's not a hard and fast rule. Plenty of women have prominent Adams Apples and plenty of men barely have ones. Men in my family dont really have them but my best friend looks like he's swallowed something and it's stuck there.
