Heh, yup. Not that it's comparable to being on an active duty deployment, but when I saw it, I was still in Army ROTC, training to be an infantry officer, lol.

Three years. Had a medical disqualification come down as I was contracting before shipping to Advanced Camp (I think they call it Warrior Forge now?) and that was that -- no branch, no commission, no leading a rifle platoon.
