I met a girl like this in Toronto a couple of years ago. Was a bodybuilder and turned herself into chick. She was super nice.

BTW is it a side effect of estrogen or is there some other reason why so many mtf transition vids on Youtube have such FUCKING AWFUL MUZACK? At least Jess had good taste there
