it is personal preference but i LOVE plump lips. i have dated girls with thin lips and it is not my thing. and yes i do notice that softness in the fat in the lips. it makes a big difference. same with butt implants vs. injecting actual fat from another part of the body there. the softness and natural fat is significantly better in its feel.
