This pair is more expensive..well not only cause they are taking out the old ones..

They are fixing my scar underneath one boob (entirely my fault for being over zealous and doing too much after surgery)

As well as fixing the alignment...my "boy chest" one nipple was always higher than the other..so they have to go in an fix that.

I can't get smalll..both doctors I went to consults for..told me I have too much natural boob growth on top and when they take these out I'll have a lot of loose skin..so it will look funny if I go smaller

Have to agree with spidernose.
The current ones look too "high profile" for the size of your chest, particularlly noticable above the nipple line. Any increase in size will only magnify this. A anatomic, pendulous implant would give a nicer overall effect.
Just my humble opinion, hope your surgery turns out with a pleasing result.
