I know Cruisin' 7th (street) still does ts/cd shows.
Might want to check out La Roca or the Rock on 7th Ave.
Karamba night club does shows.
So does BS West in Old Town Scottsdale.

I don't frequent these so much but pick up a Phoenix New Times for more current bar ads.
