I think this is the beginning of the real thing as far as higher rates go.July 5 saw a gain of almost 1/4 % in the 10 year T-bill.If you are thinking of buying a house or condo,do not wait too long.(and no am not a realtor).

Alas many have yet to have forecasted "the real thing as far as higher rates go" as right around the corner... most have been wrong.

Those aware of the state of the economy locked in as many rates as they could years ago... and will not move from those rates until the inflation that has been destined to happen for the better part of 6 years now... alas every day it takes to arrive the worse it will be when it hits.

We still do not know when the shit is going to hit the fan... but when it does... those with any sort cash in pocket or save... or an uncapped variable APR on an existing debt (or just a variable APR) are going to be in for a world of pain.
