Quite something to see The Sun doing a sensitive piece on transgender. They even managed to get the proonouns right which I think may be a first for them, though I admit The Sun is not top of my reading list. Well done. (The fact that she's a babe probably had something to do with it, knowing them, but still...)

Urban myth has it that Caroline Cossey was a Sun Page Three Girl thirty years ago, in the 80s. I have never seen the evidence. But she did appear in Playboy at around that time and had a lot of regular modelling gigs. Ms Cossey was in as deep stealth as somebody that high-profile could be so it is possible, even if unlikely, that The Sun editorial would not have known. Or that they did know and were taking the piss, not at all uncommon for them.
