Info on cosmetic surgeon in lower cost countries

Hi everybody,
a female friend of mine need a cosmetic surgeon in a lower cost country (Brasil, Thailand) to assess the job she has had on her nose after an accident.

Can you please advise on the best cosmetic surgeon for noses?

She spent lots of money already... the thing is that, sometimes, you do not get what you pay for :)

And in some lower cost countries there are really good surgeons...

Kinda, do see your point skilled surgeons are in thai and s.amerca. I kinda disagree though in some aspect , a local skilled surgeon you pay for (A) your surgery (euros or GBP are expensive obviously) but in reality also paying for (B) the locality and easyness of it all, this also applies to any possible future revisions with said op. This has to be taken into account if your making comparisions to surgeons much further afield. Fuck flying to thailand for a nose job, but each to there own !

Also is brazil really that cheap still? Thought they had a very strong currency and economic boom and with the world cup coming......... i have heard models are not as cheap to book nor as cheap to visit as it once was.

The Philippines offers the full range of surgical procedures at competitive prices, in Manila, one of the most dysfunctinal cities I can think of with horrendous traffic, but cheap once you get there. English is widely spoken and the surgeons have good reputations. I knew someone who had a botched nose job in Thailand though, so there are no guarantees. I understand that South Africa also has a reputation for offering surgical procedures at competitive prices.

Sammi, the problem is that she already went to the best Italian surgeon for her fourth operation, after two very expensive doctors made a mess on her.

Now, she cannot go to anyone better that her current doctor in Italy and she does not want to spend hundreds of € or £ for a simple consultation.

Any suggestion is welcome.
