For food recommendations do a search for Seanchai's same question. A lot of us posted recommendations in there.

As for the girls, they do what any woman does. Shopping, shows, clubs. Straight or gay, it doesn't matter. Vegas door guys won't give you shit generally, unless you are causing a scene or look like you're going to be "working" while in there.
