Just my opinion but t-girls with big breasts are not a turn on or turn of content wise. It is the content itself and just how sexy it is or is not. Smaller boobs are actually more authentic and if a GG or TG is over 30, if the boobs are perfect, they are undoubtedly silicon. While not a turn-off if the woman herself is sexy, the fact that a woman has a larger pair of silicon bags implanted on her chest does little for my "peter meter".

Honestly I made more money on my site when I was making crossdressing content. Of course the market was totally different back then and it's a whole other niche.

Every step of my transition I have lost some fans and gained others. People still whine about my implants and I think they turned out better than average. The bottom line is that I'm very happy with them and with the decisions I've made.

So yeah . . . go for it if it's something that you truly want but sales wise I don't think it will make a huge impact on way or the other.

I personally like small natural breats on a TG or GG woman. But if they make you feel prettier then fine but I have a two suggestions. One, bigger is not always better, get breasts that complement your body not become the center piece. And get saline NOT silicone implants. Saline is much more natural feeling and looking and less of a health risk.

When I went in for my consultation my doctors first question was asking me why I wanted them and then told me that this surgery comes with the promise of having more surgeries in the future about every ten years. Don't get them for business get them for how they will make you feel about yourself because they will always be there every time you look aor touch yourself.

Make sure you see a good surgeon and look at his prior work and don't go cheap and always choose the bigger size of the two choices when it boils down to the final two sizes. Don't listen to the wives tales of silicone vs saline as most have no clue what they are talking about, find what shape looks best for your body and oh ya did I say not to go cheap on them?? :p

Implants can influence me to become a fan. Doing hardcore b/g scenes will at least influence me to give your future site a chance. You must also be a good performer to keep people's attention. However, you should only do this if you truly want to, not because of your fans or potential fans.

I am a tit man so I only see women with C or larger. Having owned a cosmetic surgery center in my past, if you do it keep it to a silicone tear drop C, IMHO. Best feel and most natural look. My sils feel awesome! For me it was worth having the scars from the crease incision. They are also much safer then the older ones.
