Not really. I am not very good at IDing a TS who looks like a TS and the whole word passable sort of bothers me anyway. There are a billion women on the planet that have masculine features so if somebody truly is living their life as a women then what the hell is with passable anyway? They either make an attractive women or not IMO. Reverse is true for those born women who decide to become men.

Now I am not kidding about this. On of my TS friends told me about a story how a bunch of guys on a cruise ship IDed her and then all the bla bla bla that went with the story. I was stunned because I could not have picked that girl out of a crowd as a TS to save my soul.

If a TS has transitioned and is a woman or a man she/he IMHO isn't passing for anything. Many may have joined the huge population of less attractive GGs and GMs but they aren't passing, they are who they have chosen to be.

Am sorry sweetie but I don't get clocked 95% of the time. Sure all TS will get clocked by someone but I don't experience clock in my life so am just like any other woman. Most TS that get clocked is because of their tone of voice, some body structure is off, and their mannerisms, the way they walk and carry themselves. I remember when i was boarding in a plane and there was a TS there also, i have to admit i felt sorry for her because even thou she was pretty her face and head was off and her head was too big. Some guys were whispering laughs when they saw her. That's the reason maybe also why I don't get clock at all, most of the time (95%) because I keep those in check and my structure is very very passable just like a woman. Me on other hand got a phone number from a handsome guy. Also, tall women get attention because of many reasons, one of the main ones is they're trying to clock. Some ethnicities are more clockable than others. Yet there's very passable ones in every ethnicity.
At least the 5% who clock me it was in a sexy way and were very respectful about it. Plus, my environment is always in nice locations.

If that's your opinion than its safe to rewrite your post as IMO or IMHO.
I guess its safe to say that gg's get mistaken for transexuals as well. I been out with gg friends and some guys where positive she was a TS when in reality she was a GG.

A few years back I had dinner in a very upscale London restaurant with a supposed transsexual I'd met only on line - though I'd seen what was clearly a very well chosen, well shot and possibly photoshopped picture of her. When (s)he arrived (after me) at the restaurant in walked a tall guy with ill fitting clothes and a not very good wig. A TV for sure. Being a gentleman i didn't do a runner. (S)he was actually delightful company, bright, witty and erudite. I'd never decry anyone for dressing and trying to do their best publicly to express their innermost sexuality, and it's true that some transsexual women, just like genetic women, do the very best with what they've got. But many trans people, especially when they take the first tentative steps, will be instantly recognisable. That's no reason to point, shout or abuse.
