FFS vs Hormones

Which one has been more beneficial for the face for most trans women, in your opinion?

Hormones early on...FFS later on.

for the most part.

All depends on timing of transitioning.

It depends on the girl. Domino and Bailey Jay already had feminine faces before taking hormones.

FFS ....but then most TS are on hormones and will have some FFS work as well at somepoint ..

Hormones only affect soft tissue not bone work.. if a person has heavy bone structure then hormones will do nothing to fix/help that ..only surgical intervention can feminise that ... now start hormones in your teens prepubesent and you may alter the way the skeleton develops fully ..

Having a small round face with a narrow jawline to start with helps I think. Luckily I was born with both!

I'm just thankful that neither of my parents had a huge nose either
