I'm proud of them too. Congratulations.

Going through the immigration process is not a piece of cake. You have to really want it. And at the end of it, you deserve to be called a citizen. When you have such a desire to start a new life, this must be an incredibly exciting moment.

Oath, that is not fun.

They should be able instead to do the following:
1) eat 5 cheese burger under a 60seconds
2) put 3others into a mixer and make a burger smoothie.
3) have some wrestling contest in a ketchup/mustard sauce, the loser need to leave the US in 30days.

They can get a lesson in our culture too. Let's add that to the oath. I'll show up and have fun with it too.

How are you doing, Nina? Any great vegetarian food concoctions lately?

I'm sure your grilled cheese is way more elegant than the slop I make in a frying pan.

Just a saying, not a recipe. I use it a lot to describe my cooking. "How's yer slop over there?"

I know I couldn't possibly live without this once in a while...

I ate burgers 3 days in a row last week. Went to Fatburger, In 'n' Out, then Carl's Jr to switch things up and have variety.

Nothing like a fat, juicy burger and fries. I love Italian cuisine, but this is the one food I wouldn't live without, the one I'd carry on a desert island... lol
