Yeah this fall was pretty rough.. Last spring I had ripped out a bunch of radiator piping in part of my house to re-do the floors and all the nice weather in December just made me put off fixing the heat. I'll be in Vegas for AVN next week. Primarily to shoot with Christian XXX (yes, I can't believe it's taken that long for that to happen, but we're gonna do it!), but also I might hit the convention floor Thursday afternoon (since I'll be so busy I can't justify getting the full 4-day show pass).

Sorry I haven't been on here all summer.

By May I was getting back into the photoshoot business, and even doing a burlesque show at Tranny Strip when it came to Providence in early June.

My mid June I was doing a lot of work on my site, getting another new shoot up in early July.

Then by mid July when it was time to keep it up, something completely switched off my libido and sexual imagination. On July 23rd i was at a party I didn't really want to be at and a few days after that I felt really ill, like a 102 degree fever.

I finally drove myself to the ER by the end of the week, I told them the check for Lyme disease since people had been getting it from tick bites, and I had picked one off me way back in June. Well, it turned out that I didn't catch a bug from someone at the party, it indeed was Lyme disease.

I'm on antibiotics now, and about a week ago the fog cleared from my brain, and as Austin Powers would say, I got my mojo back. But this delay with this sickness seriously curtailed my planned post-surgery comeback, so I'm back, with a vengeance.

It's not that I almost died or anything, but the decline in my health made me reassess my life, and re-dedicate myself to my art.

Here's some samples of "Pink and Lime" and "Pretty as a Picture" (before I became really ill), and "Trophy Blonde", which is my first since getting better. (I also lost 10 lbs which means I'm the slimmest and least muscular I've been in ages, so NOW's the time to cinch up that corset and shoot photos!).

Oh, for my surgery naysayers, all 3 of these shoots are after my hairline/browlift/forehead surgery. It opened up my eyes a little bit and took my brow back, and guess what, I don't think any of my personality was lost.


I think you can figure out which shoots are called what.. I'm happy to be back. My best work is yet to come!

Hey guys! I haven't been here on HA much, but here's an update on how my world is progressing!

It's been a roller coaster year this year. On the upside I had some minor surgery this spring, at the same time as my third appearance in Transformation Magazine came out http://centurianonline.com/transformation-97/ (where I basically took over 1/3 of the pages). I've also been doing shoots for my website as usual, but shifting the focus of the site towards the live camshow events. In fact, this week I'm going to live webcam pretty much every available minute that I can, in what I call the "Tara Emory Holiday Camshow Tarathon". Members of my website get pretty much unrestricted access to my cam feed, but non members can tune in at www.streamate.com/cam/taraemory and pay per minute.

The shift to more live camming (and done in a very one-on one way thru streamate.com) is my latest idea to boost memberships, because if you join my site and just catch my live shows a couple times a month, you've already saved so much money in comparison to the pay-per-minute rate.

On the downside this year, I did have Lyme Disease and it ruined my summer and nipped my momentum in the bud after my surgery. I think once I was recovered, I had about one good month of feeling great, and then July came around and I just felt more and more run down and once you stop feeling sexy, everything else you've built around that comes crashing down. I did bounce back in August and September, but overll it's been a rough year. The porn business landscape has changed a lot in 10 years, and it's not nearly as easy to support oneself as it was then.

Even though the old Satin Doll strip club (in Providence) closed up in spring '15, I've made it a point to make a few public appearances here and there. The Tranny Strip out of NYC holds their Trans All -Star party a few times a year in Providence, and both times this year it was a welcome success to be a part of it.

I still do new shoots, but my focus now is on improving the existing content (which means going back into the original photos and re-processing all my old content at a higher resolution- in effect re-doing everything I've ever done!), and making my live shows into events. My personal image as a porn star has also changed a lot, as I've embraced this whole living hentai fuckdoll cartoon character thing, with a splash of bimboism as well. My live shows are full of great energy and my pornstar acting superpowers have grown by leaps and bounds. Not to mention the training I have done to my physical body has become more and more extreme. I love the changes I have made to push my fucktoy image further. I said at one point I wanted to see how deep the rabbit hole goes, and it's been a very enjoyable experience. It's nice to know what I truly am, and share it with my fanbase, which is still growing.
