Thanks. Been drawing,writing,and painting since I was little,and have been doing 3D art for close to 9 years. Can't take all the credit though...I didn't build the models I use,and the software I use now is 100x better than my old program.But I enjoy myself,and that's what counts.

Me too. Of course I can see if I have one that looks like you OR I CAN change the settings to see if I can make one similar (No promises on the last one, I'm a decent artist but making specific facial morphs for models is a bit much for me,though given enough time and focus...) Though it would pale in comparison...

Well, I don't actually use game models,I get models based on game characters,that can be used with my software. I'm limited by what the model artists want to make. I try to get all that I can find,but it is limited and quality can be an issue at times.I'm always on the lookout for good ones,as I do fanart sometimes...Usually I end up having to improvise and use what I can cobble together.

Are the skin shadows done manually.
If so, have you studied anatomy?

It's a combination of the lights used and the way each skin on the model is set up to reflect/absorb light. I have never studied anatomy.
I just work until it looks right to me.
