Looks like it's supposed to be a cheap play at Mortal Kombat.
It's just a scene thrown together in a modeling app like Poser.

it's an extremely bulk sheeva from mortal kombat and an even uglier she-hulk from marvel comics... not a game, most likely just CG animation for nerds with a shemale kink.
