After world war II, German gov start to think how to prevent another big scale war. So they started to adopt the slogan: make porn, not war.

1) they figured if the average citizen, watch so much porn, that they masturbated for 10 times in the day, they wouldn't have energy to start another war or to hate.

2) men will be so obsessed, why their wives don't do the same thing, that they will not have the mental energy to hate jews, gypsy, etc..
