The large one posing in the middle doesn't seem to be represented in the movie, itself but seems to be used as a lure to get people to buy the movie...

many of the italian movies seem to do this...

I think she's the girl (on the right) in the first inset picture on the left - same lingerie etc.

Cover girl is quite simply the girl on the cover and nowhere to be found in the actual movie. Quite a disappointment.

Fine - you've identified a marketing technique.

Even when you do find the cover picture pertains to a girl in the movie it's often a photoshopped-to-hell version done in a separate shoot which leads to disappointment when you see the video version :(
