There were some pikey as you call it in the UK, here yesterday
and this one man resembled Brad Pitt from the movie Snatch!:dancing:

They were probably from Ireland or the north of England, but it was very difficult to understand the English that they talked! :geek:

OK sorry, what do you call the "gypsies" in the Uk?
They are doing laying stone and is known as "gypsies" here or "Romani".
and I was at a football game once I saw a whole bunch of drunk Scots!:geek:

The article isn't opening from where I'm logging in from (not telling you but it's off the beaten path) but Pikey's just refers to traveling people who used the turnPIKES.
