Klassen filed by Brooke Skiles AKA transgender singer Bralalalala for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and libel versus Amazing Spider Man Supervising Art Director David Klassen has critical discovery motions on calendar for July in Orange County, California court.

Newport Beach, CA (PRWEB) June 23, 2012 The case # 30-2011-00474023 Skiles v. Klassen of Brooke Skiles aka transgender rock singer Bralalalala alleging sexual battery and libel versus the supervising art movie director for the upcoming film, The Amazing Spider Man, named David Klassen, has a large menu of discovery motions on file with the court in late June and July, including motions to compel Klassen to appear at his videotaped deposition, motions to compel answers of Klassen as to interrogatories, and motions to deem request for admissions admitted, all scheduled for July 20, 2012. Court documents also indicate Skiles may have new representation for trial in light of the motion on calendar for July 20, 2012 to change her current attorney.


According to court documents for case # 30-2011-00474023 Skiles v. Klassen, initially filed in May, 2011, Bralalalala aka Skiles is motioning the court on July 20 to prove her charges of sexual battery and libel by David Klassen, with his attorney girlfriend Yolanda Marsili as his accomplice.
