Post op and orgasms?

Question for any post-op ladies. Surgery can cause local nerve damage. With the post-op changes from this, scarring, etc. do you find it difficult having an orgasm? No offence intended in the question, just curious. :confused:

Danielle Foxxx sure doesn't have any problems. Another post-op girl I know (who didn't do movies) said she still orgasms without any problems as well.
